Between the 2 bikes I've owned, I've been going to Bill for a span of about 6 years. He has always kept me on the road with minimal downtime for my bike. A high level quality of workmanship is always achieved and on top of the fact that you know you will get your bike back in great shape, he doesnt charge the earth. One of the only places I know of where i can happily pay a bill and leave the place smiling. The range of services offered is vast so if theres anything needing done, this is the guy to go to. Cheers again mate.
Over the last year i've taken a couple of bikes in for various reasons, each time i get an honest fair price and a first rate job done.
They are happy to have you source your own parts from online stores and have them delivered direct to them too. On top of all this when i had a break lever fail, Bill fitted a second hand one that day to get me out a pickle and didn't charge a penny
all you need from a bike shop is
first class job
Bill the Biker has it in bucket loads
Took my R1 to Bills today, nothing's a problem for Bill, bike straight in, on the lift, problem sorted, Bill your a gent, And I recommend any1 with any bike issues go and see Bill,, No job seems to big or to small, See you again Bill, Cheers
Well Bill should change his name to Merlins as i got my trike to him it had housing wire , phone wire , and any other kind of wire you can think of on it and needless to say most of the lights didn't work and it almost set it self on fire , well Bill had a look and said no problem he gave me a price and stuck to it , not many of your newer bike shops can do that but he went above and beyond the call of duty with my trike as it now all works and no danger of barbequeing me as i ride it WELL DONE BIG MAN Cheers Alex
I booked my bike in with Bill for new brake pads, brake overhaul and a full service, it's a 2006 yamaha fazer 600. I was quoted a fair enough price that I was happy to pay for the job. When I went to pick the bike up few days later as arranged because of my work he told me that the brakes had been done plus the oil/filter etc, then showed me all the replaced parts, and told me it didn't need other things done as they where all new or in perfect condition, when I got my bill it was 50% less than the quoted price ? I would honestley say that I've received a fantastic service from a good honest bike shop and if anyone asks me, then I would definetliy recommend bill the biker 100%. Will definetliy be back for anything else my bike needs in the future...
People what can I say , what a gentleman. He was busy welding when I went in , but he stopped and was trying to get me a tow truck , to no avail , so what did he do did he palm me off or tell me to wait no no no none of that ,he grabbed some tools and electrical stuff and he then shut his shop ( yes shut the shop how much business could he have lost ) then we jumped in his car and off we went back in to the centre of town and took one look at the bike and knew exactly what was wrong , he got me started and explained how I needed to get home , he even told me to call him if I broke down again on the way home . But I managed to get home safe and sound . TO YOU BILL I SAY THANK YOU . YOU ARE A TRUE LARGER THAN LIFE GENTLEMAN . I will bring the bike back to you to get it fixed mate many thanks again . I would totally totally use bill the biker again. Gary burridge
The service i received was first class i will be going back to bills in the near future to get my scooter serviced to the highest standard i would recommend Bill the Biker to everyone outstanding.
I have dealt with BtB for a number of years now and have found his work to be first class. Prices have been fantastic and promises always kept. He has serviced and looked after all my bikes and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

What can I say have taken my bike, to Bills on a few occasions and can't praise the guy enough. Great service, reliable, and a true gent. No matter how small a problem he explains everything. And he has a vast knowledge of bikes. And does not try and rip you off. Would highly recommend him.

Refreshing stuff - no failed promises, no delays, use this business now because next year they're only going to get busier and busier. Bill is servicing my Street Triple R 15,500 on the clock and hubby's older Versys. Can't recommend Bill enough, and he also recovers seats and puts in pads/gels whatever! X
This is Dave, I brought a Suzuki sv1000 in with a crappy alarm that kept failing a couple of weeks back. Just wanted to let you know I got home ok on the Tuesday and wanted to thank you for your help on the bike. It was my first trip away on the bike and I’d had a terrible time of things. My friend had crashed his bike near the Isle of Skye (He’s on the mend now), I’d broken down in the middle of know where only for three hours later for the bike to decide to work again (briefly) and then have to ride in the pitch black of night across the mountains to reach Glasgow at midnight on a Sunday. A city I had never been to before, and on a bank holiday try and find someone who could get me back on the road and home again. You quoted a very reasonable price, when I was clearly desperate and would have paid anything to sort the bike out and get it on the road, and when it took a little longer than you thought you stood by your word and only charged me the quoted price. And true to your word, by the end of the bank holiday Monday, you had got me back on the road and away. I would have only expected speedy service like that if I was a regular to your shop. Your help and advice was much appreciated and am looking forward to getting back on the road (with my recovering friend) and back up to Scotland soon. Will pop round for a brew (and no doubt some more work to be done) when I do. I would recommend your workmanship and clean workshop to anyone. Your telephone number is differently going in my wallet next time I’m north of the border.

Sincere, genuine and honest customer service from Bill who has a great passion for and extensive knowledge of bikes. Would highly receommend him to anyone!!! - a pleasure to do business with. January 2011
I suspect he may be Santa and bikes are his summer job. I'm taking my scooter back for service when its due.
Just had my Chinese import bike examined by Bill. Very impressed. Great honest service with expert explanation of the exact fault. I will certainly be back for future servicing. Thanks again for being so helpful.
Excellent service from Bill, honest reliable and always obliging - wouldn't take my bike to anyone else. Also great rates on storage and always a cuppa and biscuit on offer. :)
Great service with honest prices... not even my old Kawasaki (1991) is an issue for him! Been going there for 2 years now and he's always fixed the problem and got it back to me quickly. No surprises or overcharging - he explains what the problem is, what my options are and how much it'll cost beforehand. I would totally recommend him. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.
